Essential New Media to develop and deliver a training program to introduce Arts Development Officers to enhanced website functionalities on the artsderbyshire website.
Over the winter months, the artsderbyshire website has been improved in the 'back-end' website management system to provide enhanced data interrogation facilities for the Arts Development Officers.
Essential New Media have overseen the development and delivery of the new functionalities to the site. The new functionalities will allow DCC staff to view and use data collected by the website, saving them time when undertaking a number of data usage tasks.
Arts Development Officers will be able to remain in contact with the arts organisations within their respective Local Authorities in a much more simplified way, as well as being able to get in touch with organisations outside of their normal areas of responsibility. The end users of the website will also benefit in that the ADOs will no longer duplicate information they send out to organisations, which has been an inherent problem prior to this point.
