City Arts have been working with ENM on website optimisation and accessibility projects, and have now launched new e-Marketing software to help them improve their client and business contacts process.
City Arts initially engaged Essential New Media to help mentor them through their new website development project. They launched their new website late winter 2007 and needed advice on accessibility and usability.
They were keen to enhance their new website further with bulk mailing and newsletter capabilities. Essential New Media helped them to evaluate and select a solution based on their needs. They them went on to help project manage the integration and configuration process.
The project culminated in ENM providing training for key personnel in the use of their new tool, and now the new functionality is alive and kicking and ready to send!
