Essential New Media have been engaged by Derbyshire County Council's Cultural and Community Services department to help them rationalise their contacts' database.
Derbyshire County Council have commissioned ENM to review and redesign their contacts' database which is the lynchpin of their communications to the many organisations they work with and support through the Cultural and Community Services department.
The current data is held in a great number of places and over time has become increasingly inefficient to manage. ENM will step in to tidy up the huge volume of data and create more efficient business processes to allow DCC staff easier access to the data they hold.
