London-centric picture library LondonStills.com have integrated a new newsletter mailing system. Essential New Media helped Londonstills to evaluate options and to put the new system in place. The first live newsletter successfully went out to hundreds of current subscribers in April 2008.
As their mailing list has grown and the interests of the individual users LondonStills's catalogue of photography has diversified, LS decided that they needed to upgrade their mailing solution.
They needed the new solution to be more robust and to be able to handle customer relationships more effectively. ENM stepped in to help with the evaluation and provided support through the implementation phase of this software integration with the main website.
The implementation was a huge success and the new software is now in production on the website.
